Motorhome Habitation Service
It is compulsory with most motorhome manufacturers to have an annual habitation service for your motorhome. Annual servicing is also important in maintaining the value and appearance of your motorhome, and ensuring that it remains legal and safe.
Annual motorhome servicing covers the habitation unit only.

Leisure battery (if fitted)
230V & 12V fridge operation
Interior lighting & equipment
Check fuse box & rating
Awning light
Wiring on ELV circuits (visual)

Earth bonding continuity test
230V consumer unit load test
RCD 230V sockets
Electric awning (if fitted)
Charge voltage
Check operation of all 230V appliances, fans & luminaries
Check any aftermarket items
Charge voltage
LPG Gas System:
Regulator, gas hose, pipework & manifold
Carry out gas tightness check
Appliances – check operation of all gas appliances fitted including FFD’s
Check security of LPG tank (if fitted)
Security of gas cylinder(s)
Ensure all gas dispersal vents are clear
Water System:
Water pump & pressure switch/microswitches
Taps, valves, pipes & tank (if fitted)
Water inlets
Waste system
Toilet
Bodywork:
Doors & windows
General condition of bodywork including roof
External seals & bonded joints condition
